2020 in review: Full speed digital transformation

While most private equity firms had already embarked on their digital transformation journeys, 2020 was a major catalyst for reaching that destination.

As well as digitising almost every function, from investor relations to contract formation, over the past 12 months private equity firms also pushed on with their data strategies, as well as explored new ways in which to work with existing and emerging tech providers.
