The Drawdown (TDD): How did Birchstone come about?

James Arnold (JA): My journey started in banking having founded the FX business at a UK bank back in 2007. Over the years we increasingly saw top tier clients in PE receiving the highest levels of service from the banks but we felt the small to medium sized managers were heavily underserved.
