The Drawdown (TDD): What does Hark Capital do?

Doug Cruikshank (DC): Hark Capital was founded in 2012. We provide NAV loans to help GPs improve their portfolios. We lend either to portfolio companies they own supported by a fund level guarantee or to the fund itself. Our loans are designed to solve liquidity problems and growth needs.

TDD: What’s your role at Hark and how did it come about?

DC: I run Hark and have done so from the beginning.
