5 minutes with… Tim Andrews, IDR

by Silvia Saccardi 17 July 2023

The Drawdown (TDD): What does IDR offer the private funds industry?

Tim Andrews (TA): The IDR concept is very simple. One investor invests across a portfolio of many investments and today, they have to provide their onboarding information each time they invest. We allow them to do it once across their portfolio to a single global standard. We do that by giving them a profile on our platform, including all parts of the onboarding process: fund subscription, KYC and tax.

On the one hand, we're a tech firm, building our platform from the ground up.
