Accountability main focus for improving DE&I

According to a new report, 81% of ILPA Diversity in Action (DIA) signatories are focused on accountability when it comes to improving their firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion metrics.

The Institutional Limited Partners Association’s (ILPA) Diversity in Action - Sharing Our Progress: April 2021 report, which focuses on how ILPA signatories approach DE&I metrics and data capture, found this is being achieved through cross-functional councils, committees or task forces.
