ACP opens Luxembourg office

Accession Capital Partners (ACP), formerly known as Mezzanine Management, has opened an office in Luxembourg.

Officially launched on 1 June 2023, the office is run by Iain Smith, finance director, who recently joined ACP from Aztec Group.

The administration office will improve ACP’s domiciliation, corporate secretary, accounting and treasury services.

ACP will continue its collaboration with Luxembourg third-party service providers.

Founded in 2000, the firm is based in Central Europe and has other offices in Vienna, Warsaw, Bucharest, Budapest and Prague.
