Alderwood names general counsel, CCO

Alderwood Capital has named Jonathan Crawford as partner, general counsel and chief compliance officer, based in London.

Crawford joined Alderwood in 2020 as a consultant. Before this, he was interim head of executive governance at Santander UK. Prior to this role, he was senior consultant at Royal Bank of Scotland, where he supported RBS Group’s structural reform programme, particularly the implementation of the firm’s strategy in preparation for ring-fencing.
