Alter Domus buys Strata Fund Solutions
Alter Domus has expanded further into the US via its acquisition of Utah-headquartered fund administrator Strata Fund Solutions.
Founded in 2008 in, Strata provides fund administration services to US private equity and venture capital funds. The firm recently developed a service offering for alternative data management, allowing it to control the increasing volume of information flow between managers and asset owners and deliver consolidated reports.
