Altvia receives investment

by Krystal Scanlon 1 August 2022

Altvia has received a significant majority growth investment from Marlin Equity Partners.

Founded in 2006, Altvia provides investor and deal management systems for private capital markets firms. The software platform includes a CRM built on Force.com, investor engagement offerings and an analytics engine, aimed at supporting asset managers in raising and deploying capital, as well as analysing performance across their investments.

The fresh capital has been earmarked to help Altvia to accelerate product innovation.

“Participants in the private capital markets are rapidly adopting new technologies to drive improvements and efficiencies as they navigate increasing demands from regulatory bodies, ESG impacts, and expanding partnerships with Limited Partners,” said Nick Lukens, managing director at Marlin.
