A&M launches origination tech

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has launched new technology aimed at boosting deal origination.

Creation of the A&M Data Intelligence Gateway (DIG) was led by executive directors Tara Bilby, and Mishelle Weinerman, along with CTO Joey Baruch.

The technology provides private equity firms with private market data to support deal identification decisions.

It mines US public and government data through open-source intelligence and machine learning to uncover insights and opportunities on private companies.
