Apex acquires Axess Accounting Office

Apex has acquired Axess Accounting Office, a Japanese corporate services provider.

The acquisition will further expand Apex’s presence in the region.

Axess provides tax compliance and advisory services to more than 300 clients across the world.

The firm has previously been in partnership with Apex to help reach Japan-based real estate and PE clients.

A team of 30 tax professionals from Axess will join Apex, to be led by Mark Bennett, country head of Japan.
