Apex acquires Luxembourg’s ALFI Partners

by Silvia Saccardi 17 January 2023

Apex Group has acquired third-party marketer ALFI Partners.

ALFI Partners aims to create a network of international asset management firms and qualified investors, bridging the gap between European investors and non-European asset managers.

The acquisition will provide Apex with further distribution capabilities in Europe, with the addition of eight employees across offices in Luxembourg, France and Switzerland. The additional people will be active across seven continental European countries and speak six languages between them.

The marketer will join FundRock Distribution, a subsidiary of Apex, authorised by Luxembourg regulator the CSSF, to assume the role of investment adviser.
