Apex buys ASR

Apex has bought independent FINMA-regulated Swiss representation firm ARM Swiss Representatives (ASR).

Founded in 2014 by Anne Empain and Greg Taylor, ASR provides Swiss representation and distribution services to foreign fund managers, which seek to market their funds in Switzerland. This includes 630 funds and 350 fund managers. Additionally, ASR acts as the distributor in Switzerland for 12 fund managers operating across a range of investment strategies.
