Apex buys GCG

Apex Group has bought US-based finance, accounting and HR provider Greenough Consulting Group (GCG).

California-based GCG provides services to private equity and venture capital funds as well as technology companies. For PE and VC clients, GCG provides back-end financial and administrative services, including tracking and management systems, analysis, communications, investor relations, M&A support and due diligence. According to Mark Greenough, 15% of the firm’s client base are located outside the US or have international presence.
