Apex expands to Middle East

Apex Group has expanded to the Middle East, via its acquisition of UAE-based compliance and risk advisory firm Praesidium Advisory.

Praesidium’s practice enables Apex to access a variety of new clients across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, London, the US and Switzerland. These include asset managers, family offices, financial institutions, law firms, government entities and individuals. The firm’s founder, Hari Bhambra, has been appointed global head of compliance solutions.
