Apex Group expands Global Compliance Solutions to Singapore

Apex Group has expanded its Global Compliance Solutions to Singapore with the aim of supporting the local market with its regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Global Compliance Solutions supports clients with their existing and future operational and regulatory obligations, with the aim of increasing efficiency.

Services include:

  • ESG and sustainability compliance
  • Fintech compliance
  • Digital and crypto assets compliance
  • Day-to-day compliance

Stefan Ho has joined as head of compliance solutions, Singapore, to lead the new offering. He previously worked for various financial institutions, including DBS bank, Standard Chartered, ABM AMRO and ANZ Bank. The goal of his team in Singapore is to help the local market with concerns around:
