Apex, Mosaic and Aon launch fund insurance product
Apex Group, together with speciality insurer Mosaic Insurance and Aon, has launched Apex Protect with the aim of providing directors and officers coverage (D&O) for funds, while factoring ESG credentials into the risk assessment.
According to Apex, the service includes mitigation and investigation protection, with pricing discovery for new or existing funds, exclusive policy wording and increased pricing leverage.
The partnership should see Mosaic offering the product via its insurtech platform, while Aon will contribute its in-house expertise to offer real-time price indications.
