Apex partners with Governance.com
Apex Group has signed a five-year partnership with fintech firm Governance.com to digitalise and automate its regulatory process management systems.
Founded in 2014, Governance.com is a low-code process management platform for fund depositaries, ManCos, fund administrators, transfer agencies and other regulated firms. It provides automated solutions for client lifecycle management, corporate governance, risk management, compliance and other digital operations.
