Arbour hires CTO

Investment platform Arbour has hired Stefan Kirsch as chief technology officer.

He joins from Kialo where he spent six years, most recently as managing director. In this role he was responsible for creating and scaling the software engineering branch of Kialo, training leadership staff as well as global recruitment and interviewing, and moving the company to Berlin. He initially joined the firm as CTO to set up Kialo’s technology strategy and architecture guidelines as well as develop and maintain software engineering processes and best practices.
