Argentex co-CEO steps down

Foreign exchange provider Argentex Group’s co-CEO Carl Jani has stepped down from his role with immediate effect.

Co-CEO Harry Adams has taken over as sole CEO. In a trading update in January this year, Argentex announced that Jani was taking a leave of absence due to health reasons.

In a statement about the transition, Lord Digby Jones, chair of Argentex said, “On behalf of the board, I’d like to thank Carl for his significant contribution to Argentex.
