Avedon Capital Partners hires CFO

Avedon Capital Partners has hired Helen Draijer as CFO.

As part of her new role, she will join the management team and take responsibility for all financial and fiscal aspects of the firm as well as its investment funds under management.

Draijer joins Avedon from Lagardère Travel Retail NL where she held the same position. Prior to this, she was head of risk, legal, tax and treasury at Hema, a retail chain convenience store that was then held by Lion Capital.

Before these roles, Draijer worked as senior business controller at O’Neill, manager compliance and processes at eBay and wholesale controller at Tommy Hilfiger.

Draiger has experience in accountancy, having started her career as audit assistant at KPMG. She then took on senior positions at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, including audit manager and senior consultant in the transaction services practice.
