Aztec appoints two to PE team
Aztec Group has appointed Paul Watson as director and Alexandra Prince as associate director in the firm’s private equity team in Jersey.
Watson joins from Channel Islands-based change management consultancy Marbral Advisory, where he has been principle consultant since January. Before this he spent a couple of years at SANNE as global director of change management. Prior to these roles, Watson worked at HSBC Bank for more than 11 years. He rose through the ranks from head of digital solutions in London, to global standards programme lead in Bermuda.
In his new role, Watson is responsible for delivery and ongoing development of administration, accounting and governance services for a global fund manager.
Prince joins the firm from fund administrator Saltgate, where she initially joined as in-house counsel before being promoted to the firm’s leadership team, as associate director. Prior to this, Prince was in-house legal counsel for TMF Group, where she advised on regulatory issues and headed up complex litigation management. She also worked at Brookfield Asset Management as a corporate services manager and law firm Pitmans as a solicitor. Prince is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
In her new role, Price heads up a client relationship team responsible for a portfolio of PE fund managers.
