BaltCap promotes Napa to partner

BaltCap has promoted finance and risk director Eneken Napa to partner.

Napa joined the firm in 2012 as financial director. In this role, she was in charge of quarterly financial reporting on the firm’s eight investment funds, as well as coordinated back office operations, such as fund level transactions, transactions with portfolio companies and company valuations. She was also responsible for the firm’s technology implementation, while overseeing budgets and reporting on BaltCap management entities.
