Given private equity professionals’ high performing nature and unique desire to achieve huge successes, it would seem individuals are striving to become superhuman.

Movement and communication coach to the venture capital world, Emma Zangs, says these practitioners want to be seen as confident as the founders and entrepreneurs they deal with.

“They usually want coaching to improve their own fundraising, or they have people pitching them who they are concerned are better,” she says.
