BEX appoints general counsel

Private equity secondaries firm BEX Capital has appointed Bernard Charpentier to the newly-created role of general counsel, based in Nice.

He joins from Quilvest Capital Partners, where he spent the last nine years as general counsel, based in Paris. In this role, he helped to structure investment funds and programmes and supported deal execution. Prior to this, he held various positions at Luxembourg law firm Elvinger Hoss & Prussen as well as Banque de Luxembourg.
