by Alice Murray 19 November 2019

Private equity-focused legal, operational, risk, governance and compliance advisory business Corvus Advisers has launched.

The new venture aims to fill the grey space between law firms and compliance consultants, offering advice at competitive prices and on a flexible basis.

Corvus was co-founded by Andy Brizell, previously general counsel at Asante Capital Partners. Prior to that he was head of legal and group head of depositary services at Aztec.
