C5 hires Woodford’s Coats

C5 Capital has hired former Woodford Investment Management’s James Coats as director of fund operations, globally.

Based in London, Coats will focus on leading the administration of C5 funds and GP board management.

At Woodford he was head of investment operations for more than four years. Prior to this position Coats worked at MSK Capital Partners for nearly three years, initially as hedge fund operations specialist, where he developed operational and risk frameworks, policies and procedures.
