Cadwalader appoints Batterson as partner

Former Jones Day partner Angela Batterson has joined Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft as partner, based in New York.

Prior to her time at Jones Day, she held partner positions at Katten Muchin Rosenman and King & Spalding.

Batterson has experience advising non-bank lenders in fund finance, particularly net asset value (NAV) lending. She has also represented financial institutions, sponsors, issuers and mezzanine providers on private debt financings, including secured and unsecured senior credit facilities, first lien/second lien credit facilities, unitranche facilities and mezzanine financings.
