Carey Olsen promotes two in corporate team

Carey Olsen has promoted Michelle Falcucci and Nick Ghazi to senior associates in the firm’s Bermuda and Jersey offices, respectively.

Falcucci joined Carey Olsen’s Bermuda office as an associate in June 2019. She joined from Reed Smith, where she was part of the firm’s investment funds/private equity real estate group for five years. As an associate, Falcucci worked across private equity deals, joint ventures, fund formation, strategic M&A and real estate.
