Carlyle and Mubadala invest in Apex

Apex Group has received minority investments from Carlyle Group and Abu-Dhabi headquartered sovereign investor Mubadala Investment Company.

Carlye and Mubadala have invested in the ordinary share capital alongside the fund administrator’s existing investors. These include founder and CEO Peter Hughes, majority shareholder Genstar Capital, which invested in Apex in 2017, as well as growth investor TA Associates which announced its significant minority holding in the firm last month.
