CFE acquires RiverRock

by Matthias Plötz 18 October 2022

Investment banking boutique CFE Finance has agreed to acquire 60% of RiverRock European Capital Partners’ share capital.

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in London, RiverRock provides alternative investment solutions to investors and customised capital solutions to SMEs in Europe. The firm’s offering includes asset management, financial advisory, securities brokerage, and tech solutions.

With this transaction, subject to FCA approval, CFE hopes to strengthen and expand its European investment offering.

“We are glad to have reached an agreement that is strategic for the growth of our business in Europe,” said CFE’s CEO Mario Cordoni in a statement.
