CFOs must cope with lack of recognition

Despite the broadening and increasing complexity of their roles, private equity CFOs may lack adequate recognition, according to Investec’s latest GP Trends Report 2020.

Contributing to the latest survey, Katja Baur, CFO at Montana Capital Partners explained the role has broadened by such a degree, it is now involved in nearly every process while simultaneously dealing with the ever-growing pressures and increased complexity of tasks.
