Cinven creates HR chief role

Cinven has appointed Caroline Rawes to the newly created role of chief human resources officer.

In her new role, Rawes will lead the firm’s talent strategy and human resources team. She will also sit on Cinven’s operating committee, which leads the firm’s operational functions.

Rawes joins from law firm Ashurst, where she spent more than four years as chief people officer and was a member of the executive committee.
