Citco launches tech platform for GCs

Citco’s Global Subsidiary Governance Services (GSGS) has launched a tech platform aimed at harmonising the administration of global entities.

GSGS Task Management System (TMS), developed in-house, is designed for use by general counsels, in-house legal teams and corporate secretarial functions.

The platform is a tool for process management, task scheduling and reports in real-time.

Process management

GSGS TMS gives its users visibility over annual obligations, service requests and projects, such as global director changes or entity reductions.
