Citco partners with Fenergo

Service provider Citco has integrated Fenergo’s client lifecycle management platform (CLM) with the aim of streamlining its client onboarding and KYC process.

The software integration hopes to achieve centralised document management, smooth client experiences with front-to-back-office integrations, and AML screening.

The SaaS platform covers 120 jurisdictions, automates KYC procedures, offers customer due diligence (CDD) and carries out risk profiling. Its compliance teams aim to visualise complex entity data structures and identify politically exposed persons and ultimate beneficial owners.

Citco provides fund administration services including financial statement reporting, tax services, treasury processing, record maintenance, processing investment transactions and waterfall calculations.

Fenergo’s CLM platform aims to reduce onboarding times, automate manual processes and codify regulatory requirements.
