City Hive launches D&I kitemark

by Krystal Scanlon 18 November 2020

City Hive has launched the Action, Culture and Transparency kitemark (ACT), aimed at improving diversity, inclusion and culture.

The ACT enables investment managers to address, assess and catalyse an improvement in the culture within their own organisation, as well as the wider industry, and their portfolios.

Bev Shah, chief executive of City Hive explained, “Industry wide codes and charters do not work, they are aspirational, but do not set benchmarks.
