City Hive launches D&I reporting framework
City Hive has launched the Action, Culture and Transparency (ACT) standard of corporate culture for investment companies, in a bid to stop greenwashing diversity.
The ACT reporting framework aims to help fund managers, investment consultants and asset owners to assess an investment company’s culture through a standardised framework. It also aims to help those businesses to communicate actions and identify gaps.
According to City Hive, the ACT framework, which is guided by a stewardship council of fund stakeholders, can be used by any type of investment management company, regardless of size, location, asset class or company structure (private or public).
