Clifford Chance’s Lilley joins Mayer Brown

Funds and infrastructure financing lawyer Matt Lilley has joined Mayer Brown as counsel in the firm’s banking & finance practice in London.

He joined from Clifford Chance, where he spent the last 15 years, most recently as a director of funds and infrastructure financing within the banking and finance team. He initially joined as a trainee solicitor and rose through the ranks over the years to lawyer, then associate and senior associate.
