Over the next twelve months the landscape will undergo a significant shift, thanks to Brexit and several pieces of new legislation from Brussels

Private equity fund managers routinely raise new funds and to do so often cast their net wide – marketing interests to investors across a number of different jurisdictions. One silver lining of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) has been, for EU based managers at least, to make cross-border marketing a slightly more straightforward affair.
