Comment: Culture drives results

by Alice Murray 24 September 2020

Culture in a private equity firm and culture in the private equity industry. Is this yet another ESG thing? Is this just another nice-to-have feature that’s hard to measure and something for the HR department to worry about?

My response would be: no and no. In my experience, a great culture drives strong performance.

A firm with a high-purpose culture respects the needs of its employees just as much as the needs of its customers.
