Comment: ESG fund financing trends

Sustainability financing is largely falling into two categories. The first is green loans; this is where the proceeds of the loan are applied exclusively to finance green assets in line with the ESG strategy of a fund. These facilities can benefit from a pricing reduction from day one subject to the fund following the framework agreed in the facility agreement.
