Comment: Preparing for the second wave

As the second wave of Covid-19 starts to be felt, there’s much to be done. For Riverside this means worrying about roughly 100 companies, requiring a coordinated and meticulous response. It also means ensuring employees across the portfolio are informed and well prepared for what could be a challenging winter.

As an industry, we are now asking ourselves how we want to work going forward, how we will use our offices, and – for the pan-European firms among us – how we will continue to benefit from the advantages of working together across geographically dispersed offices more closely than perhaps we did before the pandemic.
