Back in July, we held roundtable discussions with more than 30 firms in an exercise to share common challenges and emerging best practices. The stark reality of Covid, and in particular the lockdown, threw down the gauntlet to all business leaders: how to pivot rapidly in a crisis, to keep plans on track whilst managing a rapidly shifting investor and employee mindset.
