Consero buys BridgeView CFO Solutions
Consero Global has acquired BridgeView CFO Solutions, a San Francisco-based finance & accounting, HR and business management firm.
The deal expands Consero’s suite of solutions to include HR and payroll services for its existing client base. “Not only will [BridgeView’s] expertise and solutions complement and expand our offerings to clients, but as a combined firm, we’ll be able to reach even more mid-level companies that need professionalized finance and accounting support,” added Scott Tynes, CEO of Consero.
