Crestbridge acquires Ovation

Fund administrator Crestbridge has acquired New-Jersey based Ovation Fund Services. 

Ovation provides fund administration, accounting and reporting services to US domestic private equity and real estate funds. 

Following the transaction, Ovation employees will join Crestbridge. The New Jersey office will be led by Ovation’s founder Scot Hadley. Hadley established Ovation four years ago, previously he was a founding member of real estate fund manager Paladin Realty Partners.
