Crestbridge appoints senior risk and compliance officer

Crestbridge has appointed Marie Morris as director and money laundering compliance officer (MLCO) within its group risk function.

Morris joins from Butterfield Bank where she assumed the role of money laundering reporting officer.

Her new responsibilities as MLCO will include leading the financial crime compliance team in Jersey and managing anti-financial crime risk by offering training and advice on financial crime compliance and risk.

As well ase her 25 years’ experience in the finance industry, Morris has completed International Compliance Association’s diplomas in AML and compliance, and is a certified data protection officer.
