by Matthias Plötz 18 January 2023

Crosslake Technologies, a provider of data-driven tech advisory services for private equity firms, has acquired Intechnica, a company providing bespoke digital due diligence and value-creation products.

With the acquisition, Crosslake hopes to accelerate its European expansion and, in particular, leverage Intechnica’s offerings around cybersecurity, engineering and enterprise systems. Additionally, the company aims to increase the impact of its digital labs and data science services.

“Our mission is to help investors and management teams create value by providing the most relevant technology expertise, data and tools,” said Barr Blanton, CEO of Crosslake.
