Crosslake acquires Intechnica

by Matthias Plötz 18 January 2023

Crosslake Technologies, a provider of data-driven tech advisory services for private equity firms, has acquired Intechnica, a company providing bespoke digital due diligence and value-creation products.

With the acquisition, Crosslake hopes to accelerate its European expansion and, in particular, leverage Intechnica’s offerings around cybersecurity, engineering and enterprise systems. Additionally, the company aims to increase the impact of its digital labs and data science services.

“Our mission is to help investors and management teams create value by providing the most relevant technology expertise, data and tools,” said Barr Blanton, CEO of Crosslake. “Intechnica has built a stellar team with a similar vision and complementary capabilities. In addition to their incredible track record as advisers, Intechnica is also uniquely positioned to leverage its digital labs and data science expertise to help companies take action on some of the most common tech challenges uncovered during diligence, accelerating the development of products and solutions that create lasting impact.”

Founded in 2010, Crosslake leverages data from more than 3,500 M&A transactions to assist GPs with their strategic value-creation initiatives and inform their diligence. Its solutions are supported and delivered by its Corsis platform.

Intechnica, founded in 2006, is a provider of technical leadership, product innovation, governance and reporting services. Additionally, it builds bespoke software for PE firms.
