CSC expands fund services into Ireland

CSC Global Financial Markets has expanded its fund services operation into Ireland.

The firm, which was advised by the Irish office of law firm Simmons & Simmons, was granted a licence to provide its offering there by the Central Bank of Ireland.

The Dublin office will be headed up by managing director of European fund services, Liam McHugh. He will be supported by the following professionals:

  • David Barry, head of operations, fund administration
  • David McCormach, head of transfer agency
  • Lynda Kenny, head of risk and compliance

Paul Whelan has also been appointed managing director, head of depositary services, having recently joined the firm from the European Depositary Bank.
