CVC pulls out of €1.63bn Intertrust takeover

CVC Capital Partners has announced it has pulled out of its potential €1.63bn deal to takeover fund administrator Intertrust Group.

“CVC announces that it is no longer in discussions with the Company about a potential public offer and a strategic combination with TMF Group,” said a company statement.

On 12 November, Intertrust announced it had entered into exclusive discussions with CVC, in relation to a potential public cash offer of €18 per share.
