Asian private equity managers are on a roll. According to Bain, private equity investments in the APAC region hit a record-breaking $296bn in 2021, growing the region’s share of assets under management to 30% of the global total.

However, inflation, rising interest rates, supply chain disruptions and slowing growth are quickly coalescing to bring about that universally dreaded thing - uncertainty.
